How to change user email to a non-user email?

You can change user email by implementing the following steps.

Click the Gear Icon
Click Manage Users.
Click the New button.
Select the type of user access and click Next.
Enter the email address and name, then click Next.
Complete the screens until you get to the last one, and then click Finish.

This will add a new user in your Quickbooks Online.


How to change primary email address in Quickbooks?

The below steps show how to change your primary address


Click on the Gear icon.
Under Your Company, choose Your Account.
Click on Company Info. The company email address is your primary email
Click on Edit Company Info.
Update your Company Email Address.
Click on Save Changes.
