Error 102 usually means that your bank’s website is experiencing technical difficulties, undergoing maintenance or there is a server issue. By using the below steps, you can solve this error.

  1. Check to make sure that you can log in to your bank’s website.
  2. If you’re able to log in successfully, look for a message, notification or alert from your bank indicating that something isn’t working as it should be. Make sure you also check your whole profile.
  3. You can also get this error if your account at the bank is new. Some new accounts don’t work with online banking right away. To see if this is the issue you’ll need to contact the bank company you have this account with.
