QB Issue Resolution:

To clear web cache in Safari 8, use the following steps

  1. Choose History
  2. Choose Clear History and website data.
  3. On the drop down menu, choose the time frame of all history.
  4. This will clear all history, cookie and other website data.
  5. Close all open Safari windows, restart the browser, go to the sign-in page for QuickBooks Online and try again.
