QB Issue Resolution:

You can change user email by implementing the following steps.

  1. Click the Gear Icon
  2. Click Manage Users.
  3. Click the New button.
  4. Select the type of user access and click Next.
  5. Enter the email address and name, then click Next.
  6. Complete the screens until you get to the last one, and then click Finish.

This will add a new user in your Quickbooks Online.
