QB Issue Resolution:
By using the following steps, you can change a password of an Online ID.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
- Click the Gear Icon
- Click Your Account at the top of the screen.
- Go to the Personal Info section and click the blue Edit Personal Info button.
- Scroll down to the Sign in Info section and click Change.
- A pop-up window may open, click Continue and sign in again and then enter a Confirmation code that is sent to your current email address.
- Enter the new password into the New password field, retype the new password to confirm it, and enter the old password.
- Click Save.
